As a current buyer myself I can tell you that hands-down, the images make a huge difference. Images from your phone or an inexperienced can be dark, crooked, cramped and just not look homey at all. That's NOT the way to get buyers in the door. Finding a photographer who can take even the smallest galley kitchen or more awkward hallway and make it look inviting is a huge step towards finding your perfect buyer, who may overlook that space in favor of another incredible feature they love in the home, but may have overlooked the listing entirely with bad representation. Presentation matters! A professional real estate photographer and professional REALTOR make a great team for your sellers!
