This image was taken just after the bride had her finishing touches put on her. The bridesmaids and moms swooned - add I saw that was coming so I stepped back in order to capture the moment while it happened. The mother of the brides expression on the left is what does it for me! I also love the bridesmaids in the bottom corners of the frame.
How to get incredible images like this one? There are lots of tricks (and I'm happy to share them all!) but the most important is to make sure your wedding day schedule has enough space to allow these moments to happen. If everyone is rushing around, late and behind, then there really isn't the opportunity to just enjoy (and get photographs of) the moments. You can feel in this frame that everyone is really in the moment, focused on the bride. This is what it's all about!
